2.10 Oregon Coast

we left Portland and made our way to the coast!

I've never been to the west coast before so this was extra special for me. and the coast of Oregon is truly spectacular. I think everyone should take the time to go see it.

it's jagged, rocky, but somehow maintains this serene feel.

our glamping destination that night was Florence Oregon which is pretty far south-- not too far from Cali.

it had just gotten dark when we arrived. we had dinner at what would politely be called a dive. but it had that charm and grit with locals arguing over nothing and a waitress who was older than dirt, with an additude to match. loved her. I'm trying to summon her name into my head but it's just not coming to me.

the next morning I walked on the beach of the west coast for the first time. I put my toes into the frigid water-- because I had to!!! and it was--- magical.

we continued on from there but. wow--- the beach up there was such. treat and I really hope to return during the summer months and take full advantage of all its splendor.
