Full Body Workout - Limited Gym
I did my first "on the road" workout today.
Most days I try to get exercise in by : swimming, hiking, walking, biking etc.
This RV park happened to have a small gym with some weights and cardio machines. So in addition to walking a few miles while sight see-ing, I took about 1 hour in the gym to get my sweat on.
